Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VinTraxx SmartScan mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by VinTraxx Automotive LLC ("VinTraxx", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, or systems.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the diagnostic, appraisal, or tracking features.

The App provides OBD-II diagnostics, appraisals, and GPS tracking information for convenience. This information is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not a substitute for professional inspection or mechanical advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the App's output.

Certain features may require a paid subscription or device. Applicable fees, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be disclosed to you before purchase. Charges made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' terms.

The App, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by VinTraxx or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. Data you create (such as appraisals and inspections) remains yours.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account in the App (see our Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. VinTraxx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
